Council Tax
Our dedicated Local Taxation Team’s primary aim is to engage with the customer to collect the outstanding debt by securing full payment or entering into a reasonable payment arrangement during the compliance stage.
If engagement fails and the case moves to enforcement, an Enforcement Agent will be immediately allocated to attend the customer’s premises. At all stages our specialist Welfare Team adopt a consistent yet responsive approach to identifying and addressing vulnerability.
Business Rates
Our dedicated Business Rates team’s focus is to engage with the business owner to collect the outstanding debt or enter into a reasonable payment arrangement during the compliance stage.
If engagement fails and the case moves to enforcement, an Enforcement Agent will be immediately allocated to attend the debtor’s address in an attempt to recover the debt.

Removal of Unauthorised Encampments
We understand the importance of acting quickly when there is an incursion of an unauthorised encampment on your land, or that of your clients. Our bespoke removal service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we endeavour to complete a successful eviction within 24 hours of first being notified — with minimal disruption and cost.
