Jim has been in the industry for 30 years, firstly as an experienced enforcement agent and then becoming an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer in 2009.
Jim is pleased to start up with Empira as he can model the business in the way that achieves maximum collections, but also caters for the needs of all stakeholders — focusing on vulnerability and speed of collection.

Gary has been in the enforcement industry for over 10 years and held various roles, ranging from the call centre all the way to becoming Sales Director.
Gary joined Empira with a desire to make the business the number one choice for customer service, and the go-to firm for debt collection — bringing in new ideas and spearheading collections with a strong focus on customer needs.

Wayne has been in the enforcement industry for 15 years, with over 35 years in security, safety and policing where he was a qualified Trainer/Assessor and mentored fellow enforcement agents.
Wayne joined Empira wanting to work for a company that matched his values — a more effectively run agency with a personal touch and better client relationships, producing far better results for all parties.
